Terms and Conditions for MagikalMoments

• Account Setup : We do not provide movie/OTT accounts. Setup will be done using your own OTT accounts or downloaded content.
• Prohibited Items : Smoking, drinking, party poppers, snow sprays, cold fire, sparkle candles, and similar items are strictly prohibited. Fines may apply.
• Cleanliness and Damage : Guests must maintain cleanliness. Damages to the property, including decorations, will incur fines up to ₹5000.
• Entry Requirements : Carrying a valid Aadhaar card or driving license is mandatory. Couples below 18 years are not permitted; under 18s may visit in groups.
• Food and Pets : Outside food and pets are not allowed inside the theatre.
• Cancellation Policy : Refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking time.
